Cancellation Policy

Important: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled please refer to our Refund & Return Policy instead.

1. When Can You Cancel

We process and dispatch orders quickly — usually within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. To ensure your cancellation request is honoured, please reach out to us as early as possible after placing your order.

2. What Is Eligible for Cancellation

The following orders are eligible for cancellation before dispatch:

  • Standard jewellery orders placed on impressions925.com
  • Orders where payment has been successfully processed
  • Orders placed using any payment method — prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Orders where a duplicate has been placed by mistake
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address (before dispatch)

3. What Cannot Be Cancelled

Please note: Certain order types cannot be cancelled once placed, regardless of dispatch status.
  • Custom / personalised / engraved orders — production begins immediately after order confirmation and cannot be reversed.
  • Made-to-order pieces — specially crafted items cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.
  • Orders already dispatched — once a tracking number has been assigned and the order has left our warehouse, cancellation is not possible.
  • Flash sale or limited-time offer orders — these are processed on priority and may be dispatched within hours of placement.

4. How to Cancel Your Order

Follow these steps to request a cancellation:

Contact us immediately

Email support@impressions925.com or WhatsApp us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Share your order details

Provide your Order ID, registered name, and reason for cancellation.

Confirmation from our team

Our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on your order's current status.

Refund initiated

If confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. What Happens After Cancellation

Prepaid Orders

The full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method — credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet — within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Actual credit timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

COD Orders

Since no payment has been made for COD orders at the time of cancellation, no refund is applicable. The order will simply be cancelled and no charge will be raised.

Orders Paid via EMI or BNPL

If your order was placed using an EMI or Buy Now Pay Later option, the refund will be processed to the financing provider. Please allow additional time for the reversal to reflect on your statement. Contact your provider for specific timelines.

Cashback or Coupon Codes

If a discount code or cashback offer was applied to a cancelled order, the coupon or cashback may not be re-issued. Please contact our support team to check eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation by Impressions925

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or no longer available
  • A pricing or listing error has occurred on the website
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or payment irregularities
  • Delivery is not possible to the provided address
  • Multiple orders placed for the same item in an attempt to misuse offers or discounts
  • Failure to verify order details despite repeated attempts by our team

In all such cases, we will notify you via email or phone and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days. Impressions925 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such cancellations.
