Exchanges/Replacement requests can be made within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry must be unused and the original tag must remain intact and unbroken. Items with removed or damaged tags will not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
