2. Products & Authenticity

Impressions925 specialises in 925 sterling silver jewellery — crafted with 92.5% pure silver, hallmarked and certified for quality. Each piece is designed to offer affordable luxury with lasting elegance.

Authenticity Guarantee

  • All Impressions925 jewellery is made from genuine 925 sterling silver unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Products may feature gold plating, rose gold plating, or oxidised finishes over a 925 silver base.
  • Stones used may be cubic zirconia, semi-precious, or lab-grown unless explicitly described as natural gemstones.
  • We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, or specifications without prior notice.
Note on product images: Jewellery is photographed to represent colour and design as accurately as possible. Slight variations in shade due to screen settings or photography lighting are not considered a defect.

3. Orders & Pricing

Placing an Order

By placing an order on impressions925.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order is successfully placed. This email is an acknowledgment of your order, not a guarantee of dispatch. Impressions925 reserves the right to cancel orders after confirmation if products are found to be unavailable or incorrectly priced.

Pricing

  • All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of placing your order is the price you will be charged.
  • We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Custom or engraved pieces are made-to-order and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review all personalisation details carefully before placing the order, as changes cannot be made after confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Impressions925 does not store your card or banking details.

In the event of a payment failure, please do not re-attempt the transaction immediately. Check with your bank before retrying. If an amount has been debited but the order has not been confirmed, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Timeline

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or personalised orders may require an additional 3–5 business days for production.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A nominal shipping charge applies to COD orders or orders below ₹999.
  • Shipping charges, if paid, are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the AWB/tracking number provided.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If you receive a damaged parcel, we request that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately at our support email. If you accept a damaged package, please record an unboxing video. Claims for missing or damaged items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Insufficient evidence or visible tampering may result in the claim not being honoured.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Return window: 7 days from delivery  |  Exchange window: 15 days from delivery

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn, in their original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and any authenticity documentation
  • Not personalised, engraved, or custom-made
  • Not showing signs of wear, resizing, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised / engraved jewellery
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events (unless defective)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons) — exchanges considered only for manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified by our quality team.

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: refunded to a UPI ID or bank account provided by you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@impressions925.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the item. Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.

7. Warranty Policy

All Impressions925 jewellery comes with a 6-month plating warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and plating discoloration under normal use.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Tarnishing or discoloration of plating under normal conditions
  • Manufacturing defects such as broken clasps or loose settings present at the time of purchase

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage from regular wear and tear
  • Breakage due to mishandling or accidental damage
  • Loss of stones due to impact
  • Damage caused by exposure to water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals
  • Alterations or resizing done by a third-party jeweller
  • Personalised or custom-made pieces

To raise a warranty claim, email us with your order details, a photograph of the issue, and your original invoice. Claims are subject to inspection. If a claim is rejected, the item will be returned to you at your cost.

8. Jewellery Care Instructions

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Impressions925 jewellery, we recommend the following:

  • Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents.
  • Store in the provided pouch or an airtight container to prevent tarnishing.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear.
  • Avoid sleeping with jewellery on to prevent bending or breakage.

Failure to follow care instructions may affect your warranty eligibility.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

By using impressions925.com and/or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address to process and fulfil your orders. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from us via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" or contacting our support team.

We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in handling your data.

All content on impressions925.com — including product images, design assets, logo, text, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Impressions925 and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our brand name, designs, or content may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

Impressions925 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability in any matter arising from a purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to our website and accept no responsibility for downtime caused by technical issues beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to first contact our support team for resolution. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and efficiently in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
